RE:RE:Cdn Halt King at it again..LolNobody here at DM is surprised by this, are they? For well over a year now DM investors have been repeating that either a) DM is waaay undervalued, or b) SONA/MIR are waaay overvalued. And when you're a year into a pendemic and you don't have an approved (or functional) test kit to sell, and your valuation sits north of $200M, I think you gotta give your head a shake. I don't wish ill on any investor, but honestly those were just bad speculative investments so they had it coming.
So what separates DM from these other sinking ships? Well for one they just did nearly $20M in revenue in a quarter. Speculation on revenue and margins is out the window; the facts are in and the fundamentals are there. Sounds like Q2 could be at least comparable as well. If they can pull in some decent AI contracts in North America I think they'll be in great shape for the foreseeable future.
