Western Copper and Gold Corporation is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in developing the Casino Project. The Casino Project is a copper-gold mining project in Yukon, Canada. The Casino porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum deposit is located in west central Yukon, in the northwest trending Dawson Range mountains, approximately 300 kilometers (km) northwest of the territorial capital of Whitehorse. The Casino project is located on Crown land administered by the Yukon Government and is within the Selkirk First Nation traditional territory and the Tr’ondek Hwechin traditional territory lies to the north. The Casino Property lies within the Whitehorse Mining District and consists of approximately 1,136 full and partial Quartz Claims and 55 Placer Claims acquired in accordance with the Yukon Quartz Mining Act. The total area covered by Casino Quartz Claims is approximately 21,126.02 hectares (ha). The total area covered by Casino Placer Claims is 490.34 ha.

RE:RE:RE:RE:I’m waiting I'll answer your question about why WRN is only a $2.35 stock with a simple observation:

If everyone knew that Amazon was going to be trading for well over $3,000 over the last few years, why didn't all these people load up when it was trading under $100 a share?

You see, there can easily be a HUGE disconnect between what a company will be worth and what those involved in the market perceive it to be worth.  You don't know the exact dates or the exact dollar amounts involved in any pending RIO buyout.  Since you don't know, you freak out, default to the "worst case scenario" and the incredulously are in shock that there are others, usually investors, who don't suffer from the same myopic point of view you have.

Any questions?  OK, class dismissed......
