It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

I think the EV revolution is definetly going to contiune . Sorry for the confusion. It seems there
is a chance at some point of a major equity correction which would take the winds out of the EV market for a bit. Ohance of this with all the mortgage / rent deffermnets going to end as well as the extra unemployment $.

However, IF thre is more money thrown at the problem, defferment / unemployment extensions for years to come then we stay on track commodiites / cobalt rises and we get bought. Either way we will get bought but inflation will have us bought sooner.
