This BOD is an utter failure when it comes to looking out for shareholders and the best interest of the company. Every year they do excel at taking care of their DSU and option plans. This situation is intolerable given the fact they have completely ignored insider trading rumors every time they did a placement. If they succeed in this little money grab, I would seriously consider anything from a formal complaint to a court case.
