@Oops Collins has done his filing now for SEDI:NFLD and noted 1m shares at a $1.35 value. So the CRES shares were valued at .10c, OPW .20c ORGN at .16c. This means the entire 'performance' package had a deemed value of $5.5m... not too shabby for running a sub $20m mcap company, now valued at $14.32m

@Oops And I should say that the only reason it is at $14.32m, is that the 14.5m performance CRES shares have already been added to the outstanding share count. a week ago there were only 70m shares OS

@Oops Oh look! We just raised our company valuation by $2.4m by issuing ourselves 15m shares. Gotta be worth a bonus.

@Oops Should store a copy of this before it is amended. SEDI:ORGN Collins is now amending his cost for the performance shares given to Jun 2 costs, which means that the distribution is going to be valued even a lot higher than what was given.. What are you doing Mike? https://cdn-ceo-ca.s3.amazonaws.com/1gbt3qu-CSE_Form_10_-_Notice_of_Proposed_Transaction_1_1.pdf

@42n8Xs @Oops Like you I perceived value in this company earlier in the game and was feeling pretty well positioned holding a company with fingers in a lot of pies. However, we got blindsided by a loose share structure and RSU. Going forward there is still plenty of potential here but hard to enjoy it when looking behind you all the time. I hope this distraction does not take you away what you do best. Cheers
