Organic Growth: With our robust infrastructure in place and getting better by the day, the Company will continue to invest in achieving double-digit organic growth, so that we can push more revenue through our existing infrastructure. We will do so by continually investing in technology and adopting best practices.
Acquisitions : Now that we have our integration platform in place and exceptional team members (You!) at all levels, we will begin ramping up acquisitions. This will bring new companies into our family and add new territories and/or products to amplify organic growth at current locations.
Between the above two, our goal in to be a 150+M Revenue company in 1-2 Years and 250+Million in 3-5 Years
