Liked your post Figlen and echo your comments about the content of this bb.

I suspect the large firms that sided with Brookfield purchased before the price went above $19.55. IMO the trade activity now is short term speculators / day traders.

PPL and IPL seem confident that this deal is done and the market seems to indicate the same. Maybe some wishful thinking on my part as I sold all my IPL. As you indicate, Brookfield don't appear to be done so it might be wise to Hold IPL rather than PPL at this moment.

Sitting on the sidelines is boring......
