The Greater Dawson operating area includes Dawson Phases I, II, III and IV and Parkland. The Attachie is a condensate-rich, natural gas play primed for large-scale development. Sunrise is a dry natural gas play with a low-cost structure, well deliverability and direct connectivity to liquefied natural gas Canada.

What if they just bought them out with cash, increase in cash flow immediately financed at 2%, and then the free cash flow from the acquisition could pay for Attachie, rather than stealing it out of the share holder pockets. That would be a good way to derisk the project, how long has crew been working on the play, 8 years or more...

Arc stock is way too cheap to use as currency, especially since they acquired VII Generations.
