More opperational thinking, rather than having a management team that is strategic in nature and can create share holder value.
Oil is over 71 dollars, condensate 72 U.S. or condensate approaching 87 dollars canadian, and you want to take out your caculator and firgure out if we are loosing 20 cents a boe in operational costs.
OMG time to get people that can execute and seize an opportunity.
