I agree with you about our CEO. I have stuck with these guys for more years than I like to think about. I saw us get the TSE listing, the mine opening, then finally making a profitt.  Then along came our new CEO and last of the profits. Instead serving up two 1 for 5 stock splits.

I guess the silver lining is that  I don't have enough shares left to change my financial situation should they just fade away to nothing.

What I really can't understand is why/how he is still there. There are a very few large shareholders who could push to dump him (and the entire BOD of directors while they're at it) - but they don't. I doubt they enjoy losing money so there has to be a reason. 

I'm sure they invested with idea of giving the CEO a chance to turn the ship around but I really doubt they bought into a long term plan of "just give me 13 years" and all will be well.

So either these large investors are stupid (like me) or they have found some other way to make their investments worthwhile.

I just can't figure it out.
