My Main Concern/Risk Analysis

My Main Concern/Risk AnalysisJust to start ,  I am totally overweight on my gambling money here.  In @ 8 -10 $ CAD I think they are totally on to something.

One of the things that could stop it fast is terrorism or war.

On a resource of this magnitude there is going to be some unlawful interest.
OPEC (Angolia) doesn't really like competition and will do whatever it takes to keep their position. Been at war  for 50 years. One of their many groups could storm the area and claim it.

Wars have been waged for a lot less.

Namibia cannot muster enough military to protect a park.  NYPD  has a larger force/budget than they do.

If this was beside Russia or China the border would simply be moved. South Africa still considers Nambia to be a province.

Who is going to prevent this from happening?   UK,  EU, USA , UN ??? Big Oil.

Just  thinking about the risk. I don't know much about what really goes on over there in countries with only a few years of somewhat calm.
Appreciate all ideas.
Happy Sunday.
