Capstone Copper Corp. is a copper producer operating in the Americas. It is engaged in the production of and exploration of base metals in the United States (US), Mexico, and Chile, with a focus on copper. RE:RE:2nd quarteragree that this is a gem of a company.  Saw the interview with the CEO and all looks positive.  Only lingering doubt is why do a financing now given that debt free and lots of free cash flow?  I know they need about $200 or so million dollars for new mine but that seems to be totally manageable with the FCF being generated.  Any thoughts as to why now and why not give some of that FCF back to shareholders?
