RE:RE:RE:I contacted Peter.

There's also the question of the IP , what it exactly consists of, who exactly owns it, and whether all the patent fees are paid up. I've never got a straight answer to those questions. Can anyone give me them please?

The CVR tech is dead simple really. It's child's play to analyse low frequency sound with current tech to discern differences in blood flow in a blocked vein or blood vessel. So much time has gone by that there must be other companies who are aware of what CVR was doing and who are (maybe quite successfully) designing round the CVR IP ( if it indeed exists) and filing their own patents. Patent fees have to be kept up to date and worldwide cover is helluva expensive. I don't see money sloshing around in whatever bubble Bakema is in.  So the longer Mr Bakema  obstructs this company from flourishing the more certain he can be that it'll vanish in a puff of smoke. Maybe the reason he's acting as he is is because he knows the IP is valueless.....but he still might hook a fool into banking him. If it is valueless what is there to lose for him in taking the stance he has?
