RE:told you-using shares to buy goldx was worse moveWell, you have to consider that the cash flow per share or other such metric looks very good because GCM has had two very large reverse share splits in the last 8 years, leading to a very small shares outstanding count. They easily had flexibility to issue shares to obtain GoldX.
Further, consider that there are very few elephant-sized gold projects globally, and GCM had one right in their own backyard. The move will be accretive to GCM in the long term, any short term hiccups only allow for additional share accumulation if one so chooses.
