Seems the best way to go. Keeping a percentage control helps Epl shareholders in the long run, also acts as a poison pill. Anyway, let's not jump the gun let's see what EPL finds. I still can't believe TGC is sitting at 18.5 cents, knew it would take a while but expected a little more movement.
