Mr Tom,

I have been invested in this company for 3+ years now. Since the PUF days. I have a very good understanding of AGRA's financial situation. Why are you assuming that I have not read the financial report? The bottom line is the stock is on the verge of $.015. When it was double the price it is now you were making your remarks and being quite the smart character about how a stock moves on nothing. Do you recall this exchange? We are on the verge of a 50% haircut from that time. Just to remind you this was only approx. 6 weeks ago. What do the financials have to do with anything if Tex is right and we are being shorted to death from our own team???? If you truly believe in AGRA and the financials you keep speaking about then my adive to you is to keep buying and avergaing down. Only then will you possibly have the last laugh old man.  I'll let you in on a little secret, this is what I am doing.

Bottom line is you have me posting on here when I have much better things to do with my time. Your treatement of Tex has been uncalled for in my opinion. Maybe an apology is in order as maybe just maybe the ole Texan has been right all along....
