RE:re re yawn

RE:re re yawn'The Transaction is subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set out in the TSXV policies including the acceptance by the TSXV of audited financial statements of Catharine Gold, a NI 43-101 report on the Catharine Gold Property, and the approval of the majority of disinterested shareholders of the Company.'
When is the meeting?
Still have to receive the NI 43-101 report.
Could be a month before we receive approval or any assay news.

Garland, have you seen the Golden Dawn LIDAR report? It's a good one, showing numerous interpreted fault structures. One in particular is a NS fault about 150m west of the east property boundary. It's a long one, with the north end of it, ending at the juncture of the major EW fault, and looking to be within the large magnetic low anomaly. There is a second parallel fault that runs along the east boundary line (not as obvious as the first one). Check the LIDAR report.
