I don't want to complicate 'things', what about this as a 'suggestion'. Would it behove SPMT to make an offer to consolidate Cruz/Sienna's Clayton Valley Properties with SPMT? To 'sweeten the pot' for any would-be suitors looking for a larger 'Land Package'. Or, even a 'step further', since they are all 'BUD's',[ie: "share the same office"], merge all 3 Companies,... reverse split,... (all at once), before the PM 'fireworks' really begin. Just askin'...
