Price will only move up or down when the volume dries up at this price.
Once the volume stops or reaches its peak, then the price will move and then news will follow.
This is the 4th time price has reached this level which increases the chances of a break..... But it is worth noting that the previous 3 times have resulted in a strong bounce.
