RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:And while I want shares bought and taken out...Yes, there are blackout periods. Some types, like before release of financial statements are clear through regulation, others are subject to management judgment but revolve around the idea of possessing material information which is difficult in KNR's case because there are so many material irons in the fire. Basically, if you see an officer buying, there should not be any material news releases popping up days after. So, you better have a handle of what is going on with your key (potential) clients and partners. Ghezzi's praying like the rest of us that HC results will be positive because we all initially invested trusting the independent labs' results and trusting that Ghezzi is a man of integrity. Trust carries high risks. Relatively speaking, won't be long until we hear about HC results and let nobody try to convince you that that is not a critical factor for BC going forward. Good results, and it can open many doors and hard work will is still ahead. Bad results, and many doors will be closed, and no hard work will reverse that IMO. Hopefully when the results come out, they will be able to properly articulate what that is all about without telling the masses that those who need to know, will know. That and the apparent attitude that they knew best did not work out too well for them the first time around and now the level of scrutiny is exponentially higher.

Having said that and knowing he is a man if integrity, I believe at this point he is not only using his gut instincts he is basing his knowledge that he knows it works having had it tested in labs. Now it's just a formality so to speak...it isnt fact yet that Health Canada is going to accept it's innovation but based on their own knowledge, it's a no brainer that it will pass. I'm not aware of their timelines of buying/ selling but I assure you they are not insider buying/ selling. There are specific laws governing that. BTW ...Hi Yearn! :)
