Wrong. New OTC listing means very little and that's why market does not care. Do you even know what it means? FVl already traded on OTC pink sheets and this movement up is a red herring. Lots of reasons they may have wanted to but not major issue. I don't have time to explain all the reasons which could relate to future US financing or someday move up to NYSE AMEX where you have a lot of advanced junior miners. BC
