RE:haDroit did you ask sixty if they had to pay another extention fee lol!  As I recall they did not meet their spending requirement last year so had to pay $150k extention fee.  I think they were suppose to spend 6 million by end of May which I am pretty sure they did not meet given they were only over 3 million previous quarter.  I can't invest in it because the company they are paying it to is their CEO as I recall.  Leaves a bad taste in my mouth when it is a win win.  If everything works you win if it doesn't they pay you because you did not do a good job lol.  Maybe I got this wrong if so let me know.
