Major Red Flags I was once extremely bullish on this company and owned a 7-figure amount of shares. I have now lost all confidence in this management team and see many red flags. I am sending a warning to all investors. Of course do your own DD, but take a look at this:
Jean-Pierre (whom sold all his DYA shares in a recent transaction) created a new private company 'Galaxy Power' with Jim Payne as chairman and up to a dozen other dynacert employees, as well as the newest director. The "Mission Statement:
Galaxy Power’s Mission is to be at the forefront of the newest high growth business opportunities, such as the those created by the Canadian Federal Government’s new tax incentive proposals in its recent Budget, especially those related to solutions to Climate Change and the Paris Accord. "
What about DYA??? I pointed out in previous posts, something must be fundamentally wrong with HydraGEN, because first you had an exodus of dealers, including some high profile ones such as Mosolf and the entire leadership team of KarbonKleen. These individuals went out of their way to distance themselves from DYA. Secondly, you had dynaCERT starting to appear to pivot away from HydraGEN by starting to work on alternate hydrogen technology such as electrolyser's. More specifically their head of R&D is now focused on this while they still don't have a working/reliable HydraGEN. And now lastly, you have virtually all the key employees of dynaCERT starting a new, private unrelated company.
Major red flags for investors!
