RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Dumount looking to unload for 1 billion Thanks for the clarification Mikeymike. Different markets at different times makes for huge price discrepancies. This is where the astute investor looks for the diamonds in the rough like CNC when it was way under $1. 

You only have to look at the gold/silver mining bizz over the last 20 years to see piles of mines and projects go for pennies on the dollar because those were the market conditions at the times, only to see them rise years later to the chagrin of many a disgruntled investor who threw in the towel.
