Bio no that's not what I'm telling you. Options are an incentive for staff and have nothing to do with spending the 30 mil. I spoke with Philp directly, just because you haven't heard of progress doesn't mean there isn't any. I'm happy to let him build a strong team. I know he is more than capable and knows what to look for as he shown with bringing on Dr. Witkowski. Have some patience.
