Putin claimed Russia had nothing to do with it and he then went on to say that the U.S. was the biggest perpetrator of hacking and in second place was Canada. How's that for recognition?

Maybe we're on the wrong side of the cyber business if Canada is recognized in the world as being one of the best at hacking. :-)) Not sure how well we're recognized at defending the hacking. ROI being one example --- are we getting world wide recognition? or is it top secret? :-)).
