They are trying to pound the stock down to get a better price on the PP, or they are speculators expecting that the price will drop for the same reason. The dilution is peanuts. Let's see if the PP price holds on the placement. That will tell us if the guys at NHHH got hoodinked or whether the PP was a firm price. Remember it was already under market by a few cents when announced. These games are always happening on small cap stocks, especially when the PP price in announced ahaed of the close. I have been there and got the T-shirt, and the bruises.
