a) PBIC is tightly held.
b) Trading at a discount to book value ( dirt cheap)
c) Fundamentals that make sense
d) Great business concept
e) Market makers could just be cleaning the market
f)  Trading has been very thin lately
g) Bullish Sentiment appears to be turning as something happening behind the scenes.

Invest in companies with potential to succeed in future; time won't matter, only success.
