Thank you for your inquiry. It is actually fairly typical in our industry for junior and intermediate sized Companies to enter into short term extensions when finalizing their annual credit facilities.  The process of negotiating terms and making the corresponding changes into the actual banking agreements with annual renewals takes time, especially when dealing with a syndicate of banks.  This is the situation that we currently find ourselves in at InPlay yet we are progressing forward and working towards having things finalized prior to June 30, 2021.
