Let's Suppose Melly was having some difficulties....you imagine which.

If a decision of Melly's was to step down as CEO and President but remain as the Chairman of The Board that will have created vacancies in two positions.

The biggest thing then would be a potential personnel search.
The difficulty that would be taking so much time would be trying to decide between male and female candidates for these positions. Should Eve remain female led and female focused OR should Eve be female led but a composite cannabis company attending to the general cannabis market?

With a new management structure, the company would have to decide on continuance of the old guidance or a new corporate philosophy.
