We should be happy and look at this news very positively!! The company made the right decision about hiring freshly grads. Why? The market now is crazy and finding senior professionals cost arm and leg, on the other side the freshly grads a undervalued but full of passion and quickly can catch up. Freshly grads will stay even overtime without asking to be paid simply because they want to learn more.
