Drawing attention to their brief IP licensing revenue covering IP filing costs is a nice soundbite but inevitably investors will DD the quarterly filings and wonder where said IP licensing revenue is. An update to their plans on resolving the IP licensing lawsuit and how they intend to reboot that revenue stream would be helpful. 

The lab coat is a nice touch though.
