The 21 licenses in the Western Foreland cover a combined area of 1,808 square kilometers to the north, south and west of the Kamoa-Kakula Copper Complex.

RE:Copper factsChina did the exact same thing back in 2005, and they also shorted copper on LME after they released their reserve. The funny part is they lost billion of dollars to recover their short back then. Not sure if the history will repeat this time.
