RE:RE:RE:Great AGMGreat points Snowdogy, thanks for this. Bernard and Team have done a great job (along with Peter and Team at PyroGenesis) in developing, building, and leading HPQ Silicon to where it is today. And things are just getting started with HPQ Silicon (and PyroGenesis too)!
We shareholders are in great hands, both HPQ and PYR are solid companies, with patented technology, and led by stellar management.
Exciting times!
Long and Strong in HPQ Silicon and PyroGenesis!
Snowdogy wrote: Once more, Bernard took a significant amount of time to assert that the real value in HPQ for shareholders is in the technology being developed and not so much in future production/sales of silicon nano particles. Of course, he can't say, "HPQ will be bought out" but the things he can say and did lead to the strong suggestion that he believes a buy-out to be very likely. He and the PYR CEO also downplayed any suggestion that PYR would take them out calling their deal a "poison pill" making a hostile take-over of HPQ Nano unlikely. I suspect that once the technology is proven beyond a doubt that PYR will pull the trigger on their option to be a 50% owner of HPQ Nano and then our subsidiary, HPQ Nano will be sold with its technology and patents to the highest bidder and instantly make that buyer the leading nano silicon supplier to batteriy manufacturers not to mention other downstream companies in need of silicon. We shareholders will dance in the streets when that happens IMHO.
