I actually think that will piss off more people. Regardless there were more in favour. The only thing is now they have to vote on this amendment before the vote itself. To be honest the first amendment brought forward a stronger case. It was for match fixing, this one is simply that the natives don't want to give up their monopoly of online single bets.
