RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DudesI think it's a 'check is in the mail' scenario? Status on AUC site is 'decided in part' and end with:
The amended licences will be issued upon approval of the pipeline licence transfer by the Alberta Energy Regulator and confirmation from ATCO Pipelines that the conditions of closing the acquisition have been satisfied.
AER has this:
1932780 - Pioneer Pipeline Inc.APPROVED on Jun 15, 2021 Application to transfer existing AER licences from the current licensee of record Pioneer Pipeline Inc. to ATCO Gas And Pipelines Ltd. Application includes 2 Pipeline Licence(s).
and there is a message on the AUC portal now from ATCO:
In accordance with Alberta Utilities Commission ("AUC") Decision 25937-D01-2021,1 AP respectfully requests that the AUC issue amended licences for the above noted Proceeding. Please find enclosed approval of the pipeline licence transfer application by the AER. Additionally, AP confirms that the conditions of closing the acquisition have been or will be satisfied.
So...who knows? If that's the hold up? But the contentious part is through and it'll happen....someday.
