RE:RE:re: times visited HRT siteit almost makes sense to sell out , the short term value is the equipment and it  can be used  elsewheres as most likely there is a back log in getting new builds, and the long term asset is maintaining the claims and exploration until it's feasible again, as it is someone needs to pull a rabbit outta their azz, some spectacular core samples wouldn't hurt either.

as far as hard rock miners living in a bunkhouse, they're generally transient and go where the money is, in packs, good staff is hard to find and even harder to keep.

as a gamble at 11 cents ? in the words of Stompin' Tom "come on you muckin' slushers" LOL
