Tight fisted or thick headed? They aren't bidding like they want to own it. More like they are playing chicken with ppl so bip can max their profit on the flip. So much for next key date being June 22nd. Now we're pushed into July. Coasting with IPL is any easy choice with market indexes drifting lower.
