Its technology consists of Genoil Hydroconversion Upgrader (GHU), which converts sour (high sulfur), heavy hydrocarbon feed stocks into lighter oil with higher quality distillates for conventional refining. The Company is also engaged in other technologies, such as oil upgrading and recycling, water purification port technologies, well testing, and sand cleaning. The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

David is saying that neither he nor his nephew was getting salary. And I want to direct a couple of questions to BOTH of them:
1. What are the qualifications or credentials that you have to manage a oil&gas company?
2. What did you acheive for shareholders/Genoil?
3. When you claim that the company (genoil) agreed to pay so and so, what do you mean by the "company"?

I'm awaiting your answer if you ever have.
