Quiet accumulation?

Quiet accumulation?Seems to be going on......5000 shares a few days ago and another 5000 bid today.....after months of very little movement this seems to be a positive development....time will tell.....possible news at next week's YE report? A decision forthcoming? All guesswork for now but we will find out soon.....any advice from the wise group of long term investors? All imho.
