New EIS?So you make want us to comment,not on your paragraph, not on the main body of the article/attachment, but delve down to standard for all companies:Forward Looking Information and Cautionary Factors. It simply says, in your case intends to say, that anything can change. Nothing concrete to debate. So this is what you grasp at and wonder why no one addresses what you say directly. You certainly don't understand why that is written there, at the end. Not to predict or say that any of it will be required. But you would hope we would engage and debate/ opinion. My gosh.
You don't get the opportunity to twist,distort, and redredge old info in most cases. Your opinions are meant to give you another chance to latch on for another paid post, that's all. 
So instead you get a dose of your own rudeness,hatchet job. You live in a make believe world of debate based solely on your paid need to decimate any opposition.
And yes caps are rude but maybe you've noticed they only apply in your case.
