Everyone here had an opportunity to sell their investment at higher levels, at least 500% from the long-standing historical 8-12 cent benchmark rate that we were at for years. So quick displacing your sh!t and regret into the discussion here as it is irrelevant and highly irritating. You all sound like a bunch of 8 year olds who spilled their ice cream on the hot pavement.
But, you didn't sell because you were lured by the bigger prospects from the science, which in fact still exists quite frankly. Why don't you spend a little time researching what is going on and make a meaningful or semi intelligent contribution.
Yes, we all know that signed deals will push up the price. We all know that Howard has made statements in past that he couldn't live up to. And we all know that biotech takes a decade for a product to go from initial studies to shelf space.
So the bottom line is that the developments will come in waves, and sometimes if we are fortunate, in iterative waves. And at that point you can sell and never return.
I just wish biotech took a decade from initial studies to shelf space. In some cases it's closer to two decades. Somewhat like penny stocks on gold mines. They just keep finding another piece of ground to drill and to justify another reason for raising funds.
Having got into a couple of these in my late 60's and early 70's and I'm now 81 the horizon keeps getting lower and that touches your point "if" we are fortunate! It's definitely a young man's sport and if management is on the young side time is never really a factor.
