Competition Bureau Canada

Competition Bureau CanadaConsidering the thread "Glencore contract is exclusive", today, i did fill the Complaint form on the website of the Competition Bureau Canada in the objective to make our supply contract VOIDED as it's seems to be against article 77 of the Competition Act. We will see the answer in next days/weeks, probably that if the complaint seems valid, our Board of Trustees will do the next steps with the Competition Bureau Canada. I do not expect us to be off contract with Glencore for very long if the current one get VOIDED, just that a new, fair contract with Glencore will replace this one that doesn't have a way for any competitor to provide supply for us or get back to market.

Sincerely,
Eric
