Right, there's certainly no motivation to push OEMs to disclose anything earlier than necessary. Having as low of 3db share count as possible moving forward is important. No partner, financial or otherwise, would want a disgruntled majority shareholder kicking aground. 3db selling large and often is win for everyone except short term investors. I was also pretty happy to see those 8 mill incentive shares get a locked in price as well.
