RE:Earningsfrom a long time BB long, I think that we will need to prepare ourselves that, without strong forecasts, earnings next week are going to be ugly, with a capital U.
Chen forecast total F'22 revenues between $675M -$715M and that the second half, as usual, will be better than the first half. I doubt the patent sale/settlement will be finalized so I believe that that means we should earn some licensing revenues (for patents we haven't sold) and also earn licensing revenues and the not yet sold patents. plus the switch to GAAP only earnings may give analysts a chance to punish the stock. i'd love to be proven wrong but anyone else worried about next week?
i realize the future is bright and that F'23 and beyond should be quite positive but we're not there...yet.
