If they didn't approve, biogen takes a huge hit and investment slows or stops in alternative treatments that target toxic oligomers of amyloid beta.
I thought the BAN2401 Ph2 data looked pretty convincing... definitely better than the aducanumab data. I'm surprised that data has not been discussed as part of the broader analysis, but perhaps that is because it is Ph2 data and not Ph3.
