Did you saw the privatization as positive?

Did you saw the privatization as positive?

If you thought a privatization at a higher price was a good opportunity to made some gains and move to another stock, then you should check the stocks which received privatization proposal not from a third party, but from its insiders.

For example, TEDU, OSN, DL, NEWA, FORK, CCRC, RUHN, WSG, received go private proposals by its insiders. All these proposal were accepted because they came from the insiders, who control the majority of votes and the management.

Actually, buyers and sellers were the SAME people!

Latest such case is SECO, listed in NASDAQ. SECO received a proposal to go private at $3.27 per ADS, while it trades only at $2.50. With the announcement of the definitive agreement will spike near the offering price...Easy gain of 25-30% in a few weeks.
