While I am glad this news is finally public and the acquisition of Medi-Call Inc. is complete, I'm still at a bit of a loss.
 
Is it just me or does there appear to be a conspicuous dearth of information regarding Medi-Call.  I see a reference to Dr. Omar Sharif, President of Medi-Call but I'm not finding much online about him or his company.  
 
The PR does not list a URL for Medi-Call and Google searches aren't revealing much either.
 
Any info regarding our new wholly owned subsidiary and Dr. Sharif would be greatly appreciated.
