 i prefer brookfeilds offer

because pembina will fall in price big  for a short while
with the cash i can buy pembina at my price

break fee would be a bonus but i have less than 1k shares

if pembina gets  ipl
i will lose more than that

If this is your feeling, why wouldn't you sell your stake now and sit that money on the sidelines until a winner is decided?

Your pretty much getting the Brookfield offer cash now, and you'd have no risk to your expectation of a Pembina fall or getting a haircut with a break up fee.

It seems like any upping of offers is gonna be maybe a dollar here or a dollar there on less than 1000 shares thats peanuts. The safety and peice of mind of jumping out for you seems like the best plan, and wait for your lower entry into Pembina or anouther interesting move...
