Yes we knew about the shares at that time but we didn't know about there earnings and how much money they were making, some of that could have been financed, i would of hoped half of it. we sure didn't get any bounce when they released earnings, it would of been nice to apply 10 million to the purchase instead of 30 miilion shrs.
